The Genie® In-Sight TubeTM provides a safe way to see if liquids are actually present in a gas sample stream. The Polycarbonate/PFA Teflon® viewing tube has one half of its viewing area frosted and the other half clear: when liquid is present, even the smallest amount of aerosol droplets, the frosted area of the viewing tube instantaneously becomes clear. This is more effective than bleeding gas to the atmosphere because liquids in aerosol form are not easily seen and light ends vaporize even before they can be seen. The Genie® In-Sight Tube™ is specifically designed to provide a foolproof means for determining if liquid is present in the sample gas.
